It’s simple! Membership with the co-op is per session. To join Mayfair, first check out our current Class Schedule for class descriptions and membership donation for the next session. Then complete the following to join:

STEP ONE: Enroll for your classes via our online form. Complete this form *once for each child* you wish to register. Use the “Name” blank for your name, and the “Comment” column to specify the initials of your child (this form is public). Upon receipt of your enrollment you will be emailed automated confirmation from our SignUpGenius account.

If a class you wish to enroll in is full, feel free to email the instructor(s) of that class, listed in the Class Schedule. Your class instructor(s) will confirm your place in a wait list and/or let you know if a space has opened up for your child. Due to the open and volunteer nature of our coop, it is common that places can be made available to interested children for whom classes are a good fit.

STEP TWO:  Submit your co-op membership donation before the first day of the session. Donations can be easily remitted via PayPal.

When prompted to write a note in PayPal, please input the following:

  1. Your family’s name.
  2. The Session # and/or start date you are enrolling in.
  3. IMPORTANT: The names and email addresses where you would like to receive correspondence from the co-op. This is especially important if you are using a business PayPal account, an infrequently used account, or one not used by the family member who will be accompanying your child(ren) to Mayfair.

STEP TWO: Download the Mayfair Co-Op Liability Waiver.  Fill it out and email it to This must be completed once per calendar year per family.

STEP FOUR:  Your class instructors may email you regarding your share of materials costs (“Materials Fees”) for the class. Please watch for their correspondence and have your materials/fees ready by the first day of the session!

Our goal is always to have the next session’s schedule up one week before the end of the current session, though sometimes, due to the volunteer nature of our co-op, this is not possible. If this date has passed and you don’t see a new updated schedule posted on the Class Schedule page of this website, please check back, as the new schedule should be posted soon!
